Pre-Order Policy

  • 25% non-refundable deposit required
  • If combining pre-orders with in-stock items, your entire order will ship together when all items are available
  • You'll receive email updates about your pre-order status

Returns

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Item must be in original condition with all packaging
  • Initiate a return via your account page
